Blake Persky has a multidisciplinary background in real estate having held roles in finance, asset management, development, and business system leadership at both large public REIT’s as well as entrepreneurial developers. Previously Blake was Managing Director for Strata Equity Group, a Senior Asset Manager at BioMed Realty Trust (Now a Blackstone Company), as well as a development Project Manager at OliverMcMillan (Now a Brookfield Company). He has also led companywide interdisciplinary initiatives utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP), and online analytical processing (OLAP) technology to improve reporting, analysis, and company efficiency.

Blake graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.A. in Economics with Honors.
